Who We Are

TML Service Group was founded by Nick Pacheco, a technician who built his career in the field. Nick conducted mobile service and gained extensive hands-on experience working on trucks in real-world conditions. Before that, he worked on boats and alongside his father, developing a strong mechanical foundation and learning firsthand what it takes to run a business.

Nick saw the opportunity to build something of his own. He knew there was room to do things differently: faster response times, stronger technical standards, and service built around the customer’s operation. While he had to quickly expand his knowledge of heavy-duty trucks early on, his mechanical background gave him the foundation to grow.

Mobile-First Heavy-Duty Service

TML Service Group operates as a fully mobile truck and trailer repair provider. We specialize in fleet service, medium-duty and heavy-duty truck repairs, uplifting, outlifting, wet kit installations, body swapping, and complete after-care support. Our focus is simple: reduce downtime and keep equipment working.

We serve Houston and a 100-mile radius, delivering professional diagnostics and repairs directly to job sites and fleet yards. Our technicians are experienced, efficient, and committed to doing the job right the first time.

Expanding Into Compactor Service

About a year and a half ago, Nick launched a dedicated compactor service division as an experiment. It quickly became a strong and growing business line. Today, we perform compactor and baler installs, removals, and repairs, with a focus on hydraulics, electrical systems, and power units.

Due to strong demand and limited competition in Texas, this division continues to grow—and plans for a dedicated compactor shop are already in motion, separate from our mobile truck operations.
